Shipping

• Shipping in Ghana is done either by Yango delivery or Speedaf.
• Shipping outside the country is done by DHL.

Kente Ntoma Return Policy

At Kente Ntoma, we value customer satisfaction and stand by the quality of our fabrics. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item under the following conditions:

Return Window

• Returns must be made within 3 days of purchase.

Conditions for Return

• The cloth must be in good condition — unused, unwashed, and undamaged.
• A tangible reason for the return must be provided (e.g. wrong item delivered, defect noticed).

Refund Process

• Once the return is accepted, a full refund will be issued to the customer.

Exceptions

• Items that show signs of use or damage will not be accepted.
• Returns after 3 days will not be eligible for refund.
